For this assignment, I chose to work based on the last team I belonged to in the Provincial Stores Division of Interbank in Peru. Next, I will give you a brief description of the team and our goals to achieve. The Interbank Larapa team is an office in the city of Cusco where I work as a manager, directing a group of young professionals with different personal and professional needs. Our primary goal is to provide exceptional service and financial guidance to our clients.
