For this assignment, I chose to work based on the last team I belonged to in the Provincial Stores Division of Interbank in Peru. Next, I will give you a brief description of the team and our goals to achieve. The Interbank Larapa team is an office in the city of Cusco where I work as a manager, directing a group of young professionals with different personal and professional needs. Our primary goal is to provide exceptional service and financial guidance to our clients. This philosophy includes leadership styles, values, and behaviors that I wish to express. My leadership is based on values ​​such as integrity, discipline, collaboration, empathy and passion.   Hello everyone, Before I talk to you about my leadership philosophy, I would like to share with you my choice of three leaders who are an inspiration and admiration in my life for their values, beliefs, and behavior during their personal or professional lives. 1. Jesus of Nazareth Jesus was a man with natural leadership who knew and faithfully believed in his mission and his purpose in life. With a great ability to influence people through example and teaching.   Jesus preached and taught love towards God and others as the supreme value. He believed that if one learned to live in love one would be able to treat others with compassion, empathy and kindness. Moreover, he stressed in different teachings the importance of being humble by encouraging people to serve instead of obsessively seeking power or self-recognition.
